Vocational Assessment
A face to face evaluation with an individual who through injury, disability or a health condition has not returned to work. The assessment is to determine vocational goals, transferable skills, interests, residual capacity in relation to the local employment market. The outcome is a report to all parties with a vocational rehabilitation plan outlining estimated timescales and costs to ultimately achieve a return to employment.

** Travel will be charged @£40 an hour up to a maximum of 4 hours plus mileage @25p per mile

Job Search
An outcome based localised job search service offering hands on guidance with application forms, CV’s, appropriate vacancy sourcing. Interview practice together with confidence building to enhance a successful return to work together with in work support once job has been secured.
Cost £1000* initial payment, outcome payment of £400* (8 weeks approximately)

Vocational Case Management
Vocational case management is used to coordinate vocational rehabilitation interventions including retraining or referring to other services for individuals with a disability or health condition. Individually delivered on a case by case basis, the service is bespoke to meet the specific needs of the individual, insurer, solicitor, employer or other charged hourly as opposed to our standard fixed cost services. Regularity of updates to all parties will be agreed at service commencement.
Cost £75.00 @ hour
